Frequently asked questions

  • How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.
  • Can I export my data? Data export is coming soon. In the meantime, email us at support@mysmidge.com.
  • Do I need an account to use Smidge? No — Smidge works in a local-only mode with no account required, and your data stays on your device until you choose to sign in.
  • Is Smidge a substitute for therapy or medical care? No. Smidge is a behavioral coach, not therapy or medical care. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988. For medical concerns, consult a qualified professional.
